Below is quick overview of how things are done at Partners Insight Recruiting.

  1. Our recruiters go through our step-by-step training program.
  2. Time to start recruiting, our recruiters use the tools and resources they learned from our training program to connect with optometrist candidates.
  3. Recruiters submit their leads to the PI Recruiting corporate team.
  4. PI Recruiting corporate team interviews and negotiates contract with candidate
  5. The candidate signs the contract.
  6. Once the contract is signed and the candidate starts and fulfills 60 calendar days of duty our recruiters get paid!

The process is simple, but it takes the right team players to make a huge impact.
